UPayroll Canada ("we", "us", "our") values trust. This statement details our operational routines regarding the collection, transmission, and retention of personal data belonging to users located inside Canada and clients using our tools.

1. Operational Controller

For the purposes of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), UPayroll operates as the corporate processor of databases provided by employers. Direct data questions should be addressed to our group at [email protected].

3. Safe Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or lease your business registries to secondary marketers. We share databases exclusively with: financial clearing hubs for direct deposits (ACSS framework); provincial tax bodies (CO-17, T4 submissions); and authorized server infrastructures (AWS Canada Central). Information remains inside Canadian boundaries whenever regulatory codes allow.

4. User Protections

Subject to regional regulations, you possess rights regarding your files, including: accessing stored accounts, requesting adjustments, and removing directories.
