Terms and Conditions of Use

Welcome to UPayroll. By accessing payrollup.click or subscribing to our payroll processing models, you bind yourself to these terms of service.

1. Authorized Account Access

Clients must declare and enter only valid employee profile parameters. You maintain sole responsibility for protecting credential tokens and keeping employee payroll parameters accurate.

2. Client Declarations

Employers remain responsible for allocating proper wages, bonus definitions, and benefits configurations. UPayroll calculates outputs based purely on instructions submitted by the employer’s system representatives. We do not provide statutory legal advice on employment contracts.

3. Limits of Financial Liabilities

To the fullest extent permitted by active Canadian laws, UPayroll will not be held liable for administrative tax fines occurring from late uploads, incorrect external timesheet sync operations, or insufficient account funds during deposit windows. Total liabilities shall not exceed the sums paid by the user during the preceding three (3) billable months.

4. Applicable Jurisdiction

These Terms and all operational services are governed by and construed under the provincial statutes of Ontario and federal regulations of Canada. Any legal action must be mediated within courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
